Hybrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"136\">Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for the Qualification, Monitoring &amp; Management of suppliers to ensure conformance to necessary Regulatory, Industry, Customer and TechnipFMC requirements as they pertain to either the Products or Services provided.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"368\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"393\">Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"950\">\n<li data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"504\">Manage each assigned Supplier&#8217;s Safety, Quality and Delivery performance through defined metrics and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"629\">Develop Supplier&#8217;s capability through a commitment to Continuous Improvement through empowerment and management by data.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"745\">Maintain up-to-date understanding of product requirements and communicate Quality requirements and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"834\">Align and cooperate with Functional departments (Globally) with minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"950\">Support &amp; Conduct Supplier Qualification activities as defined by Global Business Management System procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"955\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"995\">You are meant for this job if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1015\">Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1561\">\n<li data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1148\">Understand the concepts and application of problem solving methodologies such as 6 Sigma and 8D and the concepts of 5S and Lean.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1268\">Good PC skills, including knowledge of Word Processing; Spreadsheets; Statistical Analysis &amp; Presentation software.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1334\">Good people skills, presentation skills and ability to train.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1466\">Good understanding of core manufacturing &amp; inspection processes such as forging, fabrication, machining, coating, welding, NDT.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1561\">Understand the interactions between industry\/regulatory standards &amp;
