You will be accountable for timely delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction, ensuring all activities align with company values, QHSES standards, and contractual commitments.<\/p>\n<p>This role can be based in either of the following locations: <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"564\">Scotland (Aberdeen \u2013 Altens site \u2013 or Dunfermline)<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"599\">Netherlands (Nieuw Amsterdam)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"605\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"630\">Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. This includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"1894\">\n<li data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"855\">Overall management of the project, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"966\">Coordinating with the client and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1278\">Serving as the project leader responsible for the safe and quality delivery of Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commissioning and Start-up activities, including developing the Execution Plan, project schedule, implementing business processes, resource management, coordination, and cost forecasting.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1332\">Managing project change orders and scope changes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1392\">Managing project risks and developing mitigation plans.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1568\">Holding financial responsibility for Engineering, Procurement, and Start-Up activities, including materials, equipment, subcontractors, deliverables, and cost performance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1755\">Delivering effective communication to all internal and external customers (Project Team, Stakeholders, Partners, Vendors, etc.), including performance metrics and progress reporting.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1809\">Coordinating and leading Project review meetings.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1894\">Playing a major role in Business Development activities related to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1899\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1939\">You are meant for this job if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"1959\">Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2086\">\n<li data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2086\">Strong technical background with excellent understanding of upstream oil &amp; gas projects and design-to-manufacture processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2107\">Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2142\">\n<li data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2142\">Several years in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2159\">Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2426\">\n<li data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2218\">Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2273\">Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Project).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2344\">Knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management tools.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2402\">Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2426\">Professional English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2431\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2466\">Required Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"3017\">\n<li data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2522\">Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2581\">Experience with project management tools and software.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2582\" data-end=\"2644\">Understanding of quality control and assurance procedures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2645\" data-end=\"2701\">Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2767\">Ability to analyse complex problems and identify root causes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2824\">Ability to develop and implement creative solutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2886\">Ability to make quick and sound decisions under pressure.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2887\" data-end=\"2949\">Ability to work effectively with others to solve problems.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"3017\">Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Project).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3019\" data-end=\"3022\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3054\">Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3103\">\n<li data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3103\">All applications to be submitted in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3105\" data-end=\"3108\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3114\" data-end=\"3130\">Why join us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3131\" data-end=\"3305\">\n<li data-start=\"3131\" data-end=\"3207\">Work on high-impact projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3252\">Competitive salary and benefits package.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3305\">Opportunities for career growth and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Surface team to lead complex upstream oil and gas projects from conception to completion.
