You\u2019ll be the go-to person for accurate cost control, invoicing, and risk management\u2014all while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across international projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"543\">How You\u2019ll Make an Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"1085\">\n<li data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"651\">Co-lead projects to optimize financial results in line with project and financial reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"744\">Ensure precision in cost calculations, project accounting, and commercial documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"817\">Manage invoicing and cash flow to keep projects financially healthy.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"906\">Support risk and opportunity assessments to minimize costs and maximize performance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"980\">Proactively handle contract administration and customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1081\">Maintain compliance with financial reporting guidelines and manage financial guarantees and bonds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1104\">What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1727\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1244\">5 to 10 years\u2019 experience in Commercial Project Management\/Commercial Management or related fields with a focus on project financials.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1347\">Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management, and construction\/engineering contract terms.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1432\">Experience in budgeting, financial controlling, and risk\/opportunity management.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1528\">Relevant certifications such as IPMA, RICS, CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant are a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1649\">Skilled in collaborating within project teams and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1727\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this role, you\u2019ll work closely alongside the Project Manager and Commercial Head of Operations to steer the financial success of engineering and construction projects.
