We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admin for Mercury owned tool &amp; plant<\/li>\n<li>Raising requisitions general admin for fleet hire and purchases including<\/li>\n<li>Creating service entries &amp; processing goods receipt notes<\/li>\n<li>Database\/Register Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Processing invoices<\/li>\n<li>General office management duties associated with this role.<\/li>\n<li>Update the company\u2019s internal social media platforms with relevant department news<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong administration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Pride in the quality and presentation of work<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable Criteria For the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the construction or engineering industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience using SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We build and manage complex engineering &amp; construction projects for the world\u2019s leading corporations.
