We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and Inputting hours on timesheets<\/li>\n<li>Arrange meetings on site and taking minutes<\/li>\n<li>Database Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Filing Site paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and check sign in sheets and delivery dockets<\/li>\n<li>General Administration Office Duties &#8211; Filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, faxing etc.<\/li>\n<li>Time administration<\/li>\n<li>Documenting the project details<\/li>\n<li>Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents<\/li>\n<li>Export files in the required format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Administration with minimum 2 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given<\/li>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Pride in the quality and presentation of work<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Mercury, it is our duty to encourage and back our people to realise their vision of themselves.
