{"id":9923,"date":"2026-01-08T00:30:31","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T09:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9923"},"modified":"2026-01-28T09:59:45","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T08:59:45","slug":"collen-hris-project-specialist-dublin-irlandia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9923","title":{"rendered":"HRIS Project Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support the successful implementation and rollout of a new HR Information System (HRIS).<\/p>\n<p>This role will bridge the gap between HR operations, technology teams, and end users\u2014ensuring that HR processes are accurately captured, data is clean, managers are trained, and employees experience a smooth transition to the new system.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR knowledge, be data driven, have excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"731\">Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"1380\">\n<li data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"800\">3\u20135 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"920\">Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, employee records, benefits, performance, payroll interface)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1003\">Experience supporting an HRIS implementation, upgrade, or major process change<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1060\">Project coordination or change management experience<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1143\">Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive employee data<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1202\">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1304\">Proficiency with HR systems or HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1380\">Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data validation and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1400\">Key Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1671\">\n<li data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1453\">Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1481\">Data-orientated mindset<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1530\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1603\">Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving project requirements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1671\">Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1697\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1732\">System Implementation Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"2629\">\n<li data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1866\">Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of the new HR system in partnership with the HRIS project team and vendor<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1993\">Participate in system testing (UAT), identifying and tracking issues, and verifying that HR processes function as intended<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2106\">Partner with key stakeholders to complete requirements documentation in accordance with the project schedule<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2202\">Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2308\">Review existing HR processes and documentation to ensure alignment with the new system\u2019s capabilities<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2309\" data-end=\"2413\">Provide feedback on system usability and contribute to improvements in workflows and user experience<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2517\">Support HRIS integration with other Collen applications and solutions (e.g., Payroll \/ ERP systems)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2629\">Facilitate the successful completion of projects, tasks, and initiatives by embracing a team-first approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2668\">Change Management &amp;
