By taking these steps, you can help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1361\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1387\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Senior Planner in charge, the key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"2695\">\n<li data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1549\">Manage and update the Project Construction Programme<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1619\">Create, manage, and update short-term, area, and trade programmes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1721\">Integrate procurement and information schedules within the overall Project Construction Programme<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1823\">Prepare detailed progress reports on a weekly basis for issue to the Contracts Manager and Client<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1877\">Manage and develop progress monitoring techniques<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1955\">Resource load (manhours) and cost load the Project Construction Programme<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1956\" data-end=\"2106\">Monitor and report on Earned Value, including detailed reporting to the client and production of progress S-Curves for internal and external issue<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2202\">Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules within the overall Project Construction Team<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2299\">Monitor and report on supplier and subcontractor design, approval, off-site production, etc.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2381\">Manage and update the Design Programme in conjunction with the Design Manager<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2429\">Attend Client progress meetings as required<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2485\">Attend Subcontractor and Supplier progress meetings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2547\">Monitor planned vs actual and prepare as-built programmes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2695\">Work with the project team to provide consistency in the project planning approach and facilitate accuracy in reporting and programme execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Requirements 3rd Level qualification in Engineering or Construction related discipline MEP background preferable 5\u201310 years\u2019 experience in a similar role Experience with Asta Powerproject and MS Project Proficient in&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_company_name":"Collen","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[37,80],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-9928","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","5":"job_listing_category-budownictwo","6":"job_listing_category-data-center","7":"job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","8":"job-level-senior","10":"job-type-umowa-o-prace"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
