Creating and updating BIM models and related documentation in Autodesk Revit across all project phases, with a strong focus on the construction and delivery stage
Modeling civil and structural engineering works, including excavations and both temporary and permanent support systems
Creating and integrating as-built and existing-condition models, including point cloud data
Extracting quantities and technical documentation from the model, such as material take-offs and element schedules
Producing general arrangement, coordination, formwork, and reinforcement drawings, including related material, part, and order lists
Ensuring model quality, consistency, and compliance with internal modeling standards and conventions
Maintaining and developing Revit templates, tools, and internal BIM standards
Supporting team capability development by contributing to internal BIM training and mentoring junior Revit users
Qualifications
Must-have:
At least 5 years of full-time experience in BIM modeling
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Solid technical understanding and practical experience in structural and civil engineering, particularly in infrastructure and underground works
Good knowledge of IFC standards and BIM guidelines
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international project environment
Nice-to-have:
Experience in creating and maintaining parametric Revit families
Knowledge of automation and scripting tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper
Experience with Civil 3D and/or Tekla Structures
Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC, Trimble Connect)
