Opis stanowiska

Your key responsibilities are:

• Creating and updating BIM models and related documentation in Autodesk Revit across all project phases, with a strong focus on the construction and delivery stage
• Modeling civil and structural engineering works, including excavations and both temporary and permanent support systems
• Creating and integrating as-built and existing-condition models, including point cloud data
• Extracting quantities and technical documentation from the model, such as material take-offs and element schedules
• Producing general arrangement, coordination, formwork, and reinforcement drawings, including related material, part, and order lists
• Ensuring model quality, consistency, and compliance with internal modeling standards and conventions
• Maintaining and developing Revit templates, tools, and internal BIM standards
• Supporting team capability development by contributing to internal BIM training and mentoring junior Revit users

Qualifications

Must-have:

• At least 5 years of full-time experience in BIM modeling
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Solid technical understanding and practical experience in structural and civil engineering, particularly in infrastructure and underground works
• Good knowledge of IFC standards and BIM guidelines
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international project environment

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in creating and maintaining parametric Revit families
• Knowledge of automation and scripting tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper
• Experience with Civil 3D and/or Tekla Structures
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC, Trimble Connect)
• Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, C#)
