As a Senior Engineer-Building Automation- Data Centre, you will:
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers & advisors
Design controls and automation systems for the operation and monitoring of mission-critical mechanical and electrical infrastructures from concept to Construction Supervision, Testing & Commission and Hand-Over.
Own the preparation and review of dedicated design deliverables
Work closely with our data centre clients and our MEP designers to engineer cost efficient, best in class solutions that meet clients’ needs and latest industrial standards
Present technical content for review by technical and non-technical audiences. Have a good grasp over trends and standard methodologies in the industry
Work and collaborate with colleagues across geography borders
Does this role inspire you?
We are looking for someone passionate about sustainable data centre design and who possesses:
University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Design or equivalent
8+ years of experience designing controls & automation systems for Services Infrastructure in industrial facilities, experience with Data Centers is a strong plus
Strong sense of ownership for the quality of project deliverables and timelines while effectively prioritizing your tasks and those of others and balance assigned work
Professional utilisation of dedicated Software tools and experience in working BIM environments
Knowledge in relevant German and international codes and Industry standards
Language skills: fluent in English and min. B2 German
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
