We’re looking for a versatile Project Manager able to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, guide talented colleagues, and contribute to an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

As a Project Manager with us you will work closely with our multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects throughout the project lifecycle. You will build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that projects are safely delivered to programme, cost and to a high level of quality.

In this role you will:

• Build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, influencing with confidence and diplomacy.
• Develop and agree budgets and manage/control forecast and actual costs, Lead and facilitate the overall cross‑functional multi discipline project team. Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance.
• Manage delivery of project objectives in line with safety, cost, programme and quality objectives and ensure resources allocated to projects are competent, efficiently mobilised, and well supported.
• Prepare and communicate clear project updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating cross‑functional teamwork and knowledge‑sharing.
• Support safe, responsible project delivery, proactively managing risk. Identify and monitor project Health & Safety and Environmental risks and plan and implement any necessary risk mitigations.
