Your Mission
As an MEP Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the liaison between the KBJV delivery team and the Client regarding the scheduling and coordination of Hold and Witness inspections and Surveillance activities.
• Conducting inspections at notified points and carrying out quality surveillance on-site.
• Assisting in the investigation and resolution of on-site quality issues, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.
• Attending quality meetings as required to discuss progress, challenges, and continuous improvement measures.
• Delivering quality training modules to KBJV personnel and supply chain staff to enhance understanding and implementation of quality standards.
• Ensuring data and evidence demonstrating achievement of quality objectives and targets is consistently produced and maintained.
• Supporting the robust implementation of the KBJV Quality Management System (QMS) across all project activities.
• Ensuring supply chain partners maintain comprehensive and compliant Quality Management Systems that support self-certification and meet Works Information requirements.
• Promoting a strong quality culture by ensuring regular quality meetings, performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and trend analysis.
• Assisting KBJV and supply chain partners in developing and implementing contract-specific KPIs and activity-related performance measures.
• Supporting the construction team in the review and application of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality plans, and quality control procedures.
• Overseeing the timely closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), CARs (Corrective Action Requests), and observations, ensuring full compliance with project and client standards.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Academic qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering, Quality Management, or a Construction-related discipline (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng).
• Valid ECS / CSCS (PQP or AQP) card.
