Provide general administrative support such as filing and document management
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and procurement-related documentation
Assist with preparation of plant, material, and equipment requisitions via the company purchasing procedures and follow up on approvals and deliveries
Monitor and verify the receipt of goods and services, ensuring accuracy and quality
Assist with unloading of goods and completing receipt verification of same
Manage warehouse, ensuring organization of stock
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment, spare parts, and fixed assets
Coordinate deliveries, disposal of waste, and supply of materials with subcontractors
Qualifications / Training / Experience
Professional certification or proven experience in areas such as administrative tasks, document control, procurement policies, supplier management, and stock control
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with confidential material in a discreet manner and maintain the highest professional standards
Fluency in English
Understanding of Portuguese is not a necessity but valued
Availability to work and travel within the EEA
