Your Role: Technical Responsibility in a Regulated and Forward-Looking Sector

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will become a trusted advisor and technical lead for pharma projects where electrical systems are essential to functionality, safety, and compliance. You’ll be stationed on-site with the client in Kalundborg, working directly with their stakeholders and alongside DIS/CREADIS colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Drive end-to-end project execution including requirement specifications, calculations, technical design, and documentation
• Design low-voltage and control panel solutions for cleanrooms, process equipment, and GMP-compliant installations
• Specify instrumentation, sensors, and electrical components tailored to pharma environments
• Oversee testing and commissioning processes, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
• Manage and negotiate with subcontractors, handle budgets, and support tender processes
• Participate in or lead engineering teams of 2–5 colleagues depending on project scope

The role demands a combination of hands-on technical proficiency, structured planning, and proactive client dialogue. You’ll have a strong influence on decisions and execution—and a chance to leave a visible mark on pharma production of the future.

Your Profile: Skilled Engineer with Pharma Mindset

We are looking for someone who combines a solid engineering background with the ability to navigate a regulated and detail-oriented environment.

You likely bring:

• A relevant engineering degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering with a background as an electrician, or Service Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within electrical engineering—preferably from the pharma, biotech, or process industry
• Familiarity with GMP standards, validation documentation, and project phases in pharma settings
• Experience with control cabinets, panel design, and instrument specification
• A proactive and independent mindset—comfortable balancing technical depth with client interaction
• Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus), and the ability to present ideas clearly across disciplines
