Maintenance Fitter NOWOŚĆ

At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter for a large Bio-Pharma Project we have in Dublin. This is a self directed role reporting to the client Supervisor on site. The Fitter must be able to perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks and also minor installation works. The Fitter must be available to work a 24/7 shift cycle, working in a maintenance team demonstrating a flexibility and willingness to adapt to and assist in performing tasks across the team.

Overview of knowledge required:

• Detailed knowledge of the maintenance fitter role
• Pharma / Bio Pharma experience
• Mechanical equipment:
  • Process plant & associated equipment, Reactor, filters, milling and blending
  • Actuated valves, control valves, pumps and inline devices and equipment
  • Drive systems, material handling equipment
  • Compressed air systems, hydraulic systems, boilers and steam systems
  • HVAC > AHU’s filters and fan drives, damper’s, etc.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Follow procedures and SOP’s prior to and executing tasks.
• Work as directed by maintenance and production leads.
• Perform repairs and replacement of equipment as required.
