Utilise cutting-edge technology to identify, analyse, and regulate traffic patterns and incidents.
Collaborate with emergency services, contractors, and stakeholders for a prompt and effective response to any situation.
Deliver concise, precise instructions to drivers using various communication tools, such as variable message signs and social media.
Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare comprehensive reports as part of your administrative duties.
Foster smooth and secure traffic movement through effective communication with team members, road users, and stakeholders.
Ensure that all processes and procedures are undertaken in line with Company Standards ISO 55001, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
What do we need from you
Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of motivation.
Exceptional communication skills to provide clear instructions and updates.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Strong organisational abilities to manage incident logs and reports.
Prior experience in a control room or traffic management role is beneficial.
