Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the secure handling of large-scale projects in accordance with project boundaries and specifications
  • Leading interdisciplinary teams in a complex project matrix organization
  • Reporting on the status of the project to management, stakeholders and authorities
  • Coordination of all relevant work packages and deadlines with internal and external departments
  • Responsibility for occupational safety over the entire course of the project within assigned mandates

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in complex project environments, ideally within the infrastructure sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Willingness to travel and open for onsite work at Germany as well as class B driver’s license
  • Certificates in project management will be an advantage (e.g. IPMA Level D or MBA)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially at MS Project, Excel, World, PowerPoint
  • Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
