Your responsibilities

• Create, version, and maintain test- and training-related documentation
• Support preparation of training materials and test documentation
• Ensure completeness of test cases, test data, and training content
• Maintain checklists, test catalogs, and participant lists
• Coordinate schedules and resources for test and training phases
• Organize kickoff meetings, reviews, and alignment sessions
• Support reporting including test status and training progress using Jira/Xray
• Track open items, defects, and documentation in Jira/Xray
• Support cutover readiness and rollout workshop preparation

Your profile

• Experience in ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• Knowledge of test methodology and training formats
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Xray or similar tools
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes like O2C or SCM
• Excellent communication knowledge in English (C1 level)
• Basic understanding of change management principles
