Key Accountabilities

• Prepare inspection scope of works in liaison with the Operations Manager
• Attend client representatives meetings
• Liaise with the ROV supervisor to ensure correct data gathering equipment sensors are fitted to the ROV and liaison with offshore client representatives
• Responsibility for the offshore operation, planning inspection activities for maximum efficiency, QC and data back up
• Create and transmission of daily and weekly reports including daily logs, personnel timesheets, daily and anomaly reports including photographs and video clips
• Offshore project documentation including record keeping
• Compilation of project inspection report
• QC of report with Operations Manager
• Attend client anomaly reviews, if required
• Participate as required in conducting risk assessments
• Supervise the QC data from additional Inspection Engineers
• Appraise inspection personnel performance in the execution of the work, identifying any training requirements in accordance with the Company’s competency scheme
• Review inspection procedures for currency, coverage and relevance for feedback to management.

Essential Requirements

• CSWIP 3.4U qualified
• Ideally 3 years inspection experience
• Have a valid offshore certification and survival and passport
• Candidates must be willing to travel on occasion to all regional work sites within Europe, West Africa and Middle East etc.
