As a Logistics Assistant at GEOxyz, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient organization and execution of our transportation and logistics activities. You will ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and effective communication across all stages of the logistics process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the organization of transportation activities efficiently and effectively.
• Providing administrative assistance in transport planning and processing transport-related documentation.
• Collecting essential data and maintaining clear communication with drivers and logistics partners.
• Performing thorough checks and monitoring the entire logistics workflow to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Preparing required and requested shipping and customs documents.
• Offering general support with purchasing and administrative tasks as needed.
