End-to-End Indirect Sourcing Support Services

For our client from the nuclear energy sector, we are looking for candidates who will be involved in providing comprehensive indirect sourcing support across Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, and South Africa. The role covers the full sourcing lifecycle, including needs assessment, business case development, market analysis, supplier onboarding, sourcing execution, and contract management.

We are seeking experts capable of managing and delivering end-to-end sourcing projects in industrial environments, with a strong understanding of sourcing principles and the ability to implement KPI-driven action plans aligned with organizational goals.

Key Capabilities:

• Analyze and constructively challenge stakeholder requirements to optimize sourcing outcomes.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of commodity strategies to source in line with defined plans and meet internal demand.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of effective commodity strategies.
• Monitor and interpret market trends affecting sourcing activities.
• Provide dedicated category-specific support to sourcing teams.
• Manage sole-source procurement scenarios and engage effectively with global suppliers.

This approach ensures strategic and agile sourcing that drives cost efficiency, value creation, and strong supplier partnerships.

Main Duties:

• Manage supplier platforms across various sourcing streams, including onboarding, updates, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Ensure accuracy of sourcing trackers, maintaining zero late purchase orders and 100% correct data.
• Oversee daily sourcing tasks for internal indirect sourcing stakeholders.
• Execute sourcing activities such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), sole-source negotiations, and e-sourcing.
• Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, legal, and compliance teams, to achieve consensus.

Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Sourcing

• Develop commodity strategies, define target supplier panels, and implement action plans to build a reliable, competitive, and sustainable supply base.
• Collaborate with the Indirect Sourcing team to identify opportunities for leverage and optimization.
• Continuously monitor market trends, benchmark suppliers, and provide intelligence to stakeholders.
• Participate in or initiate cost-reduction programs based on supply chain changes and usage analysis.

2) Continuous Improvement

• Provide actionable KPIs, budget insights, and data to support site and commodity leaders.
• Design and implement tools and standardized processes to optimize operations and reporting.
• Structure spend analysis to enhance commodity strategies and action plans.
• Integrate a financial perspective into sourcing to increase accountability and informed decision-making.

Authority:

• Contribute to and implement sourcing strategy.
• Ensure adherence to the approved supplier panel.
• Negotiate contracts according to company templates.
• Manage supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Approve or veto supplier usage outside the validated panel.
• Recommend cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead data quality improvement initiatives.

Required Competencies:

Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sourcing within relevant industries.
• Proven track record in building and developing a supply base for assigned categories.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Experience in supplier usage management relative to assigned commodities.
• Expertise in data management, finance, and sourcing analytics.

Technical & Behavioral Skills:

• Knowledge of EHS, ethics, compliance, and nuclear safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and operational sourcing skills.
• Effective negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Supplier development, management, and performance control.
• Financial analysis, planning, and risk management.
• Market intelligence and data analytics proficiency.
• Strong collaboration skills; execution-oriented and results-driven.

Languages:

• Fluent English.
• French proficiency is a plus.
