We are currently supporting a leading offshore wind developer in hiring an experienced O&M Environment Specialist. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing the environmental strategy for the operations and maintenance phase of a large-scale offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Environmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the O&M phase.
Develop and maintain Operational Environmental Management Plans (OEMPs).
Manage environmental procedures and reporting obligations – both internal and external.
Oversee procurement and contract management for environmental service providers.
Coordinate with permitting authorities.
Ensure proper functioning of the Operational Environmental Compliance Tracker.
Collect and manage data related to environmental monitoring and compliance.
Support ESG strategy and deliverables at operational level.
Coordinate across packages and support technical teams with environmental input.
Advise on and manage environmental incidents and mitigation actions.
Lead communication with stakeholders regarding environmental matters.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental management, ideally in large-scale infrastructure or offshore energy projects.
Proven experience in environmental compliance and reporting in the O&M phase.
Knowledge of Polish environmental law and permitting processes.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and data workflows related to ESG.
