Position Objective

As she O&M Site Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) base. Your role will involve ensuring operational readiness prior to the commissioning of the wind farm (COD) and maintaining high operational efficiency post-commissioning. Key responsibilities include personnel management, coordination with contractors, and fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the O&M facility in Łeba is fully operational, adhering to the highest HSE and safety standards.
Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and supervise the on-site O&M team.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the construction department and O&M contractors to plan and execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Contractor Oversight: Monitor the quality, safety, and budget compliance of work performed by external service providers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with local communities, authorities, and other key partners.

Key Tasks:

Develop and implement a ramp-up plan for the O&M contractor.
Prepare an annual O&M activity plan.
Create and update on-site operational procedures.
Manage the operational budget of the facility.
Develop a strategy for managing local stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a technical environment, preferably in the offshore sector.
Experience in managing on-site teams and coordinating contractor activities.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel for business purposes (3 times per month, 2–3 days each) and work in a hybrid mode.
