We are seeking an experienced Project Logistics & Customs Coordinator to support a large-scale offshore wind investment in Poland. This role is pivotal in managing complex international supply chains, ensuring that critical components are transported efficiently from global manufacturing hubs to the construction site, while maintaining full compliance with international trade and EU customs regulations.

You will play a key role in aligning logistics execution with construction milestones in a fast-paced, high-value infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for project materials originating from Asia, the UK, and the EU.
• Manage sea freight and road transport operations, including booking shipments, real-time tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
• Supervise discharge operations at major Polish ports and coordinate final “last-mile” delivery to the project site.
• Act as the primary interface with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.
• Manage and verify all import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and transport documentation.
• Ensure correct VAT treatment for imports and intra-community movements in accordance with EU regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams and external suppliers to align delivery schedules with key construction milestones.
• Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions at site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international logistics, with strong emphasis on customs coordination.
• Proven track record in managing sea and road freight, including solid knowledge of port operations.
• Strong understanding of EU customs procedures, Incoterms, VAT rules, and trade compliance frameworks (including carbon reporting mechanisms).
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy, or complex construction projects is highly desirable.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Polish is considered a strong advantage.
