Join the team – we are hiring 3 Senior Marine Coordinators for offshore wind project in Poland!

The Senior Marine Coordinator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant coordination of all marine activities supporting the offshore wind farm project. Acting as the central point of communication and control for offshore logistics, this role ensures that vessel operations, personnel transfers, and marine activities are conducted in line with project plans, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.

Rotation 14/14 days – Łeba (accomodation will be provided by the company) – 3 open positions

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Marine Coordination Centre (MCC) including personnel, systems, and processes.
• Lead daily marine coordination meetings.
• Coordinate vessel traffic and personnel transfers in real-time using marine coordination software.
• Maintain and update marine coordination documentation (e.g., Marine Coordination Procedure).
• Manage interfaces with contractors, vessel operators, port authorities, and maritime stakeholders.
• Monitor metocean conditions to support safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, project procedures, and environmental protection guidelines.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Oversee SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) management between vessels and offshore assets.
• Ensure emergency response readiness.
• Produce monthly coordination and operations reports.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marine coordination throughout all project phases.
• Align marine coordination activities with overall construction management timelines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of documented experience as a Senior Marine Coordinator (or similar role).
• Right to work in Poland.
• Proficiency with IT systems, particularly the Microsoft Office package.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and adaptability.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
