Perform incoming cargo inspections with the Subcontractor and ensure the Incoming Inspection Form is properly completed and countersigned.
Take photos of the arriving truck and cargo prior to unloading.
Verify all accompanying documentation.
Cooperate closely with the warehouse management team.
Ensure all materials are stored in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and required conditions.
Support the warehouse team in optimizing daily operations.
Comply with all EHS requirements, including lifting plans and risk assessments.
Perform weekly warehouse inspections and prepare corresponding reports.
Keep material inventories and storage locations updated.
Ensure proper identification, segregation, storage, and removal of scrap.
Issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) for any deviations related to item quality, quantity, or documentation.
Coordinate all outgoing shipments together with the Transport Officer.
Record all deliveries received and all items dispatched.
Track delivered materials by scope and system.
Maintain effective communication with the Customer.
Ensure the site is adequately supplied for upcoming activities.
In urgent situations, be able to source and purchase required materials locally.
