Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Description

• Investigate product quality issues, establishing problem-solving tools (8D report, 5Whys, Fishbone) in order to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction
• Coordinate of corrective and preventing actions derived from quality issues
• Identify and implement, manufacturing process improvements which will improve capability and performance, collaborating with Production and Technical team
• Implement of a suitable process to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize or eliminate those risks.
• Collect quality data and analyze (statistically based) in order to identify possible areas for improvements
• Prepare and present Quality Assurance reports with KIPs and metrics
• Prepare and Support for  Client’s and 3rd Party  Quality Audits

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• 3 years of industrial experience
• Experience in Quality Assurance principles, Quality management systems and Business Improvement tools are highly desirable, e.g. Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Critical thinking and in depth problem-solving skills
• Strong ability in data analysis, and being able to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible  and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• English language in professional level
