Bid Specialist – Rail & Transit
We are looking for a Bid Specialist to join our Rail & Transit team in Bilbao or Madrid.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, coordination, and presentation of competitive bids and proposals for railway projects
- Ensure that all tender documentation complies with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks
- Track tender opportunities, submission deadlines, and bid progress using project management tools
- Assist the tender team in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and interviews
- Contribute to post-tender evaluations and the continuous improvement of tender processes

About you:Apply if you:
- Have studied engineering or a related subject
- Have 1–2 years’ experience in tender support or proposal coordination, ideally within rail, transit, or infrastructure projects, and in collaboration with partners
- Are familiar with international public procurement processes in the railway and transit sector
- Understand railway and transit terminology, standards, and procurement procedures
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe InDesign or other graphic tools for bid production is a plus
- Are a team player with technical rigor
- Can work independently with an innovative mindset
- Have advanced English skills
