Earthing & Bonding Specialist – Rail & Transit
We are looking for an Earthing & Bonding Specialist to join the Rail & Transit team in our offices in Madrid, Bilbao, or Barcelona.

About you
Apply if you:
- Preferably hold a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have at least 5 years of proven experience in earthing and bonding systems within railway environments (high-speed rail, metro, tram, etc.), including experience in railway electrification projects in both DC and AC, and in the design, review, and validation of grounding and equipotential bonding schemes
- Have in-depth knowledge of stray currents and their mitigation
- Are well-versed in key European railway standards, including EN 50122 (electrical safety and grounding), EN 50121 (electromagnetic compatibility), and EN 50119 (overhead contact line), and are familiar with other relevant standards (IEC, EN, etc.)
- Are capable of analyzing electrical risks, grounding systems, and stray currents, and of preparing technical reports, procedures, and mitigation strategies
- Have fluent English (minimum B2/C1, spoken and written; other languages will be valued)
- Are a team player with autonomy, flexibility, technical rigor, and an international mindset
