Join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of large-scale facilities and infrastructure projects for global clients. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers, engineers, and designers, helping coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and support effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination and administrative support to project teams and clients.
- Support communication between project stakeholders and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Process and track project documentation, including RFIs, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, drawings, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic project files across multiple systems and platforms.
- Prepare, organize, distribute, and archive meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports and other project deliverables.
- Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and other project partners regarding documentation and project requirements.
- Collect, compile, and submit project closeout documentation and maintain project records.
- Support project workflows, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and documentation requirements.
