Job Description

• Liaise with suppliers and specialist contractors for the procurement of goods and services
• Generate RFIs, technical submittals, equipment registers, and trackers
• Assist the construction team (Supervisor, Subcontractor Foreman, QAQC personnel)
• Liaise with the JEG design team, design consultants, and construction management team
• Prepare handover packs in cooperation with the QA Department
• Track progress of the construction programme and issue weekly progress reports
• Attend weekly construction, design, and permit meetings
• Report to the Project Manager on project progress
• Manage general administration, document control, and site procedures

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Level 7/8/9 degree in Building Services, Building Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Interest in Building Management Systems (BMS) controls is preferable
• Work experience in Building Services is an advantage but not essential
• Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certificates (required for successful applicants)
• 0–1 years’ post-qualification experience desirable
• Knowledge of a contracting environment is advantageous
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-functional team
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
