Job Description
As a Project Administrator/Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and delivery process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of construction and support functions to help deliver projects to global clients. This role will be site-based in Charleroi, Belgium and is offered on a standard working week basis or rotation basis.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Data entry and maintenance of internal databases and site records.
• Daily site attendance records of staff, operatives and subcontractors.
• Maintaining records of personnel accommodation and vehicles.
• Maintaining various trackers including documentation and leave & rotation.
• Invoice management and liaising with accounts.
• Office material requests and purchasing.
• Preparation of weekly reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Issuing documentation and management of same.
• Organising training courses internally and externally.
• Providing telephone support, recording and distributing of messages.
• Liaising with various departments and construction teams on a daily basis.
• General administration including electronic filing and preparation of letters etc.
Skills and Requirements
• Leaving Certificate.
• 3+ years in a similar position desirable.
• Excellent IT skills essential (Microsoft Word /Excel / Powerpoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
• Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
