Senior Consultant Digital NOWOŚĆ

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Digital Consultants to join our team. The team has recently worked on some of the major UK infrastructure projects such as the New Hospitals Programme, Sizewell C and the Anglian Water Reservoirs Programme.

The candidate would work within the Digital Strategy and Advisory team, alongside other team members with capability on BIM and Digital Twin strategy. This specific opportunity is for a client that is based in Chester, and would involve site-based working alongside the client within a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of BIM, information management, project delivery, and client communication. This role involves actively participating in discovery workshops, developing IM project delivery programs, and the forming of BIM / IM strategy. The consultant will also be responsible for conducting gap analyses, and identifying systems, processes and workflows that support digital implementation and handover.

Candidate specification
Essential:

• High knowledge of information management standards (BSEN ISO 19650) and protocols
• Proven experience in utilising BIM for information management and project delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed

Desirable:

• BIM model authoring experience
• Perform project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
• Understanding of COBie implementation and handover processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Knowledge of metadata management and information classification
