As a Business Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our facilities. You’ll ensure that all premises — including office spaces, laboratories, and employee welfare areas — are kept clean, safe, and well-stocked.

You will work independently but collaboratively with a small, multicultural team that rotates shifts. This part-time role (28 hours/week) is ideal for individuals seeking consistent hours, clear responsibilities, and a respectful working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of offices, production floors, welfare areas, and other facility spaces
• Conduct rotational deep cleaning of designated areas
• Monitor and restock inventory such as cleaning supplies and paper goods
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with NOV procedures
• Perform specialized cleaning in laboratory environments (training provided)
• Report safety hazards, maintain clear emergency exits, and support compliance with safety standards
• Participate in scheduled facility inspections and routine checks

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Right to live and work in Denmark (valid work permit required)
• Basic English language skills (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or facility support
• Ability to use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Willingness to follow structured cleaning procedures and attend internal training

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Danish is a plus
• Background as an industrial cleaner or in B2B environments is beneficial
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in industrial or laboratory settings
