At Opoura, we’re expanding our Digital Services Business Unit and looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in supporting our project execution, consultancy operations and customer onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and driving high-quality delivery processes in a fast-moving, consultancy-driven environment.
Your role
As our new Operations Manager, you will help drive and maintain operational excellence across our service delivery activities. You will collaborate with project managers, consultants, engineering teams, and sales to support the smooth and efficient execution of projects and services.
This is a non-managerial role with significant cross-functional exposure. You will be hands-on with process execution and support, documentation, tracking, reporting, and internal coordination. Thus, ensuring that our customers experience a seamless journey and that our internal teams are empowered to deliver value.
