Team Leader (m/f/d) Electro

Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a motivated manager that has a strong technical background within electrical systems, with ability to manage a department of skilled engineers. The position requires you to lead specialist and less experienced engineers, support them in their work and make sure what they deliver is of good quality.

YOUR TASKS

• Electrical design of various types of cranes, winches, and handling solutions
• Component dimensioning, specification, and selection (including ATEX/Ex-rated equipment)
• Department management, including guidance and follow-up of electrical engineers
• Sales support with concept preparations and evaluations
• Service support and fault tracing of complex issues

QUALIFICATIONS

• MSc or BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with management experience leading smaller teams
• Experience in designing electrical circuits (EPLAN P8 experience preferred)
• Experience in selecting Siemens PLC and RIO components
• Experience with dimensioning electrical motors and drives
• Knowledge of performance level calculations / SIL
