Overview

Are you a seasoned expert in Operations, Resource Management, and Project Delivery looking for a strategic and impactful role?

Join PM Group as we embark on a transformative journey to implement a new group-wide ERP system to support our Business Transformation initiatives.

As the ERP Workstream Manager, you will support SPOCs and functional leads across Operations, Project and Service Delivery, and Resource Management throughout the lifecycle of the ERP programme.

This is a 12-month contract, hybrid role, based in either our Cork or Dublin office.

Responsibilities

• Support SPOCs and functional leads across Operations, Project and Service Delivery, and Resource Management throughout the ERP project lifecycle
• Assist in clarifying business requirements, contributing to solution design, defining reporting needs, and identifying gaps between the Requirements Traceability Matrix and out-of-the-box ERP functionality
• Support the identification and scoping of required system customisations and review proposed solution designs
• Collaborate with SPOCs and functional leads to review and provide feedback on the evolving solution delivered by Deltek
• Lead project management activities for the workstream, including coordination, reporting, and escalation management
• Coordinate and interface with other workstreams, including HCM, Finance, and related functions

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in operations and service delivery initiatives within ERP implementation environments
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative, action-oriented mindset with the ability to drive outcomes
• Experience in large, complex, multi-system implementations and transformation programmes
• Experience working in multi-geographical and multicultural environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or Digital/Business Analytics qualifications are an advantage
• 10–15 years of proven experience in ERP implementation across operations, project delivery, and resource management (ideally within an engineering consultancy environment)
• Familiarity with project delivery, operations, and resource management in engineering organisations
