Opis stanowiska

As a CAD Designer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, working on a variety of challenging projects. Depending on your expertise and the project requirements, you will create technical drawings in AutoCAD 2D or Inventor 3D for heavy lifting operations, transport systems, or innovative constructions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing existing plans, sketches, and technical documentation.
• Developing construction drawings in Inventor (3D) and/or AutoCAD (2D) according to company standards.
• Collaborating with fellow Designers and Project Engineers on technical solutions.
• Producing clear, efficient, and safe drawings for execution and presentation.
• Preparing 3D visualizations and animations for sales or project preparation purposes.
• Occasionally performing on-site measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Converting construction components into reusable blocks for project drawings.
• Contributing ideas for improving the drawing process and efficiency.

Profile requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., construction, industrial design) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (highly motivated recent graduates are also welcome).
• Strong knowledge of Inventor and/or AutoCAD 2D.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Technical insight and basic knowledge of mechanics.
• Knowledge of Vault is a plus.
• Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Independent, creative thinker with a critical eye, logical reasoning skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility.
