Logistics Specialist

Place of work: Gdańsk

Our responsibilities

Create and confirm orders with suppliers and service providers
Organize imports and exports of goods
Communicate with suppliers, external factories, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure on time delivery of goods/products
Monitor order timelines and arrange for standard and oversized transport
Prepare commercial documents for shipments
Independently manage logistics aspects of projects and develop logistical plans
Prepare Intrastat and VAT reports for the company
Optimize logistics costs
Maintain and execute operations project plans

Our requirements

Willingness to work in the office in Gdańsk and Przejazdowo (50/50)
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Experience/background in logistics/supply chain – will be advantage
Driving license cat. B
Proficient knowledge in ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, SharePoint
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team
