As Project Manager (Maternity Cover – 12 months) within offshore construction you will identify, initiate, and coordinate operational and strategic improvement projects within the construction environment and will get the end-to-end responsibility for your own projects. A solution-oriented collaboration with different partners will be key to achieve efficient and successful projects.  

How You’ll Make an Impact 

•  Scope, develop and coordinate strategic (improvement) projects with end-to-end responsibility for results, quality, and schedule. 

• Support the digitalization campaign and new concept introductions in all areas of the department and play a crucial role in upgrading the Construction Department. 

• Drive operational and strategic process optimizations taking an end-to-end perspective and align them with all affected partners within offshore and other business units. 

• Prepare strategy sessions and team workshops, support the management team proactively in strategy development and associated communication campaigns. 

• Support ad-hoc requests from the Management team. 

What You Bring 

• Confirmed experience of leading cross-functional (sub-)projects, e.g., in consulting or a business improvement function. 

• Project Management skills. 

• Confirmed ability to lead collaborators across all levels of the organization including senior management. 

• Collaborator and a natural networker with the ability to work with many different partners within a complex business. 

• Energy and passion for analytics, efficiency, and the attention to detail. 

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel & PowerPoint. 

• The ability to communicate confidently in English across all levels of the organization.
