High Voltage Electrical Engineer (Substations) NOWOŚĆ

Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for high-voltage substations (10 kV – 50 kV) and prepare tender documentation. The work will be related to Danish installations, with the design base located in Poland;
• Analyze existing installations and provide recommendations for modifications or new installations;
• Apply knowledge of transformer installations (both theoretical and practical);
• Prepare technical documentation, including electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, insulation coordination, earthing system design, power and cable layouts, and profile drawings;
• Participate in procurement activities and perform quality assurance reviews of colleagues’ work;
• Update and maintain existing drawings and documentation;
• Determine requirements for foundations and steel structures.

What type of projects will you work with:

Transformer replacements, new high-voltage connections, and modernization or replacement of existing components.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related relevant field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and design of power installations.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following software tools: MicroStation, AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, or Caddy++;
• Familiarity with distribution and transmission systems ranging from 10 kV to 400 kV;
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
