Junior CAD Electrician NOWOŚĆ

Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 2D and 3D MEP models for both new construction and renovation projects;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other specialists to integrate MEP systems seamlessly and resolve potential clashes during the design process;
• Prepare construction and technical documentation. Deliver high-quality construction drawings, following project requirements and standards, BIM execution plans, and relevant codes;
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection. Actively participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide solutions to ensure efficient and conflict-free designs;
• Extract and manage project data. Generate accurate quantities, schedules, and documentation from models to support cost estimation, procurement, and construction phases, while keeping models and drawings updated throughout the project lifecycle.

What type of project you work with:

Both new construction and renovation of residential buildings, offices, pharmaceutical facilities, schools, daycare centres, heating plants, boiler rooms, and technical switchboard rooms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Electrical, or related discipline;
• 1+ years of experience in electrical CAD drafting and BIM modeling;
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), including electrical layout drawings, sheet setup, and plotting;
• Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS 1192), PC Schematics and best practices;
• Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Good to have: Dalux platform, knowledge of how to use AutoLisp scripts for AutoCAD.
