Your contribution to TenneT
As Site Inspector – Supervisor Jacket Construction (Vlissingen) you are part of the platform team responsible for the delivery of offshore platforms for the IJmuiden Ver Beta, IJmuiden Ver Gamma, and Nederwiek Beta windfarms, which will generate a combined 3 x 2GW of offshore wind energy.
The stations contractor handles the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of the platforms. As the client, the TenneT platform team ensures the contractor’s work is carried out safely, on time, and in line with design, quality, and budget standards.
Your role is to oversee the safe and compliant construction of the jackets (substructures) for these platforms. You’ll work closely with the QA/QC Lead, SHE Manager, and (Sub) Project Leads, and report to the Sub Project Lead – Structure and T&I.
You will be the sole TenneT representative on-site in Vlissingen, serving as the main point of contact for the contractor at the jacket construction yard.
