Our „Electrical and C&I Engineering”-Team in Gelsenkirchen is looking for YOU!

Your responsibilities

• Conceptual and basic planning for communications technology, including the preparation of tender documents and implementation of projects in energy generation, gas, and renewable energies.
• Technical support for Uniper business lines in implementing the decarbonization strategy, particularly in new construction projects.
• Technical expertise in the planning of safety and communications systems such as:
  • Fire alarm systems and gas warning systems
  • Electroacoustic alarm systems
  • IT network structures
  • Video surveillance systems and property protection systems
    Definition and implementation of quality assurance measures
• Project management in compliance with the relevant technical rules, regulations, and laws
• Development of technical standards for the implementation of quality requirements in the planning phase
• Contract management
• Management of external planners for planning support and expansion of technological know-how as extended workbenches or informed buyer concept
• Implementation of the Uniper safety culture as early as the planning phase

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree or equivalent in safety engineering
• Experience in dealing with suppliers (technical and commercial)
• Project management experience in national and international operations
• Fluent German and English, additional languages are welcome
• Strong process orientation and a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Ability to work in a team
• Good organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Willingness to travel, class B driver’s license
