We are looking for a Sales Manager/Key Account Manager (m/f/x) with a good network in the Wind Energy industry to extend our team in Austria.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new customers, prospect, retain and grow key clients portfolio
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Take full ownership of an end-to-end sales cycle and meeting planned sales goals
Develop the client engagement program by working alongside stakeholders to ensure we fully understand and can assist them to meet their key business objectives
Analyze and understand customer needs, draw up/submit commercial offers, negotiate, convert the offers into orders, where necessary involve colleagues
Collaborate with other sales associates to continue the development of best practice and new prospecting techniques
Collaborate with other sales associates to work “cross border” and multi-regions
Report into the CRM system all information regarding customer visits/opportunities/offers/orders, etc.
Be the first point of contact for Nordic clients
Cooperate with Marketing department to contribute to and participate in the marketing activities
REQUIREMENTS
Educational background in business, technical sales, engineering, wind energy or related fields
Min 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager, proven track record and strong network in the wind industry
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in customer relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, other languages would be a plus
Dedication to providing great customer service
Naturally inquisitive, highly ambitious and driven to be successful in the wind business
Detailed, organized, proactive and energetic person with good attitude to problem solving and able to work in a team
