Responsibilities

• Maintain project procurement plan and site order list; ensure timely deliveries via schedule coordination
• Handle Purchase Requisition, Requirements Planning, and PO (Purchase Order) cost allocation to correct budget activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, NPM (New Product Master) team on BoM (Bill of Material) and Change Notices to meet project timelines
• Follow up with suppliers from PO issuance to delivery, invoicing, and PO closure
• Coordinate with Procurement for price updates and Incoterm changes
• Ensure SAP reflects current data, including project material configuration and development updates
• Ensure VAT and customs compliance across all procurement activities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying, construction, service, or related supply chain roles
• Background in vendor/subcontractor management; wind industry experience and supply base knowledge valued
• Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; effective written and verbal English communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
• Comfortable working flexible hours and across time zones with diverse cultures
• Solid project management skills and ability to coordinate across functions
• Readiness to travel to offshore sites as needed
