Purpose and reason for the existence of the job

The Technical Customer Agent plays a critical role in supporting our Customer service department in Denmark, Belgium & Netherlands across contractual activities and ensuring accurate governance on commercial commitments. This position ensures structured handling of commercial turbine performance, review maintenance and improving of governance processes, and interacting as a key interface to internal stakeholders.

The Technical Customer Agent plays a key role in delivering high-quality technical and commercial customer support across Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Acting as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, the role ensures efficient handling of technical inquiries, effective issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.

The position supports contract-related activities, including end-of-warranty and service agreement processes, while maintaining accurate governance of commercial commitments and turbine performance. It supports structured issue management, leads technical customer meetings, and contributes to continuous improvement of operational and governance processes.

Working closely with Customer Managers, Customer Agents, SMEs, service sites, and engineers, the Technical Customer Agent also identifies aftermarket sales opportunities and supports business growth. As part of a collaborative team of five colleagues, the role contributes to an open, informal culture where teamwork and communication are key to effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Agent, you will work with Customer Managers, Customer Agents, SMEs, Service Sites and Engineers.

• Your goal: To process technical inquiries professionally and ensure satisfied customers.
• Issue Management: Resolve customer issues and maintain good relationships
• Support: Provide first-line support and act as the primary interface for technical issues
• Contract Management: Support for end-of-warranty and service contract tasks
• Operational Leadership: Lead technical customer meetings and technical escalations
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all departments
• Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new aftermarket sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Technical education with a commercial understanding or commercial experience with technical know-how
• Previous experience in a customer-facing position, customer service, technical support or sales
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills. Danish or Dutch would be nice to have.
