Role overview

The Procurement Specialist (f/m)  supports procurement activities for offshore wind projects, ensuring that goods and services are sourced in line with project requirements, internal procedures, budget constraints, and timelines. The role involves close cooperation with project, engineering, legal, and finance teams, as well as active engagement with suppliers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement processes in line with internal procedures and project requirements
• Prepare RFQs, tender documentation, and commercial inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
• Analyse and evaluate commercial offers, prepare bid comparisons and procurement recommendations
• Support negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors on commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedule
• Coordinate procurement activities with project, engineering, legal, and finance teams
• Support contract preparation, review, and execution in cooperation with contract management and legal teams
• Monitor purchase orders and subcontract execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms, budget, and schedule
• Track delivery milestones and support resolution of commercial or contractual issues
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting in project systems
• Support cost control and contribute to procurement-related project reporting
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations
• Support supplier communication and day-to-day procurement coordination
