Winthrop Graduate Programme

Launched in 2022, our Graduate Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre projects throughout Ireland and Europe. This programme provides graduates with essential technical experience, supporting their career development during the most critical stage of professional growth.

Designed to develop highly skilled professionals, our programme gives graduates comprehensive exposure to all phases of large-scale construction projects — from concept to completion.

Your Learning Journey

As part of the Winthrop Graduate Programme, you will:

• Experience the entire lifecycle of a data centre project – from initial design and shell construction to fit-out, commissioning, and handover.

• Gain hands-on exposure to Construction and Project Management across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical scopes.

• Work alongside specialised teams across:

  • Engineering

  • BIM

  • Commercial

  • Quality

  • Construction Management

  • Health & Safety

This immersive experience ensures graduates gain a holistic understanding of the data centre construction process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively

• Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and responsibilities

• Eagerness to contribute ideas, analyse best practices, and drive improvement
