Ferchau Poland invites specialists with mechanical engineering background to join our team in Poland. We are looking for someone who will bring additional value to our team. We are looking for an inquiring mind with a passion for quality.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of mechanical design team – operates in various areas: Wind Turbines, Automotive – special vehicles, Building Automation
  • Establish processes in compliance with project guidelines and standards
  • Execute quality checks of the documentation
  • Prepare additional specifications, reports and record of delivered project milestones
  • Provide technical support to the project management team
  • Teambuilding, including ramping up and mentoring new team members

Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in technical sector (fresh graduates without)
  • Proficiency knowledge of CAD tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Onsite commissioning or production experience will be advantageous
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Task and success oriented
