Duties

• Processing and verifying order-related documentation in line with internal procedures
• Monitoring invoiced orders and supporting follow-ups when needed (accounts receivable)
• Creating and updating change orders based on project requirements
• Supporting the order lifecycle – from coordination to invoicing
• Assisting in maintaining clear and efficient processes for order handling and invoicing
• Preparing regular reports based on available data and templates
• Acting as a key user for ERP systems, supporting colleagues in daily system-related tasks
• Coordinating administrative activities such as travel bookings, visa applications, and training arrangements
• Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the team

Required skills

• English and Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Experience in order handling, administration, or project support
• Category B driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Practical understanding of ERP systems and workflows
• Experience as an ERP key user (IFS or SAP is a plus, not a must)
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
